PAPOR is a non-profit 501(c)6 association and welcomes your donations. We use these donations to defray the costs of the annual meeting and to provide other events and services to our members and other interested public opinion and survey researchers.

Per IRS rules, donations to PAPOR are not deductible as charitable contributions, but "they may be deductible as trade or business expenses if ordinary and necessary in the conduct of the taxpayer's business. The donee organization may be required to make certain disclosures and pay a proxy tax in connection with the dues payment, however."
